Hydroquinone USP 2.0% w/w

Tretinoin USP 0.025% w/w

Mometasone Furoate IP 0.1% w/w

Preservatives:

Methyl ParabenIP 0.16% w/w

Propyl Paraben IP 0.033% w/w

Cream base q.s.

Keep the tube tightly closed after use.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Storage: Store at temperatures below 25°. Do not freeze.

Application:

Follow the Instructions of Physician.

Apply 30 minutes before bedtime.

Avoid sun exposure and apply sunscreen.
