AMOXIRUM FORTE 4.5GM/4500MG INJECTION

Each vial contains:

Amoxycillin Sodium IP equivalent to Amoxycillin

Sulbactam Sodium IP 3000 mg

equivalent to Sulbactam 1500 mg

This pack also contains:

One unit of Sterile Water for Injections IP 15 ml (for details refer individual pack.)

Dose: 7 mg of Amoxycillin per kg body weight daily or as directed by the Registered Medical Practitioner.

Directions for use:

Prepare solution by dissolving the contents of the vial with 15 ml Sterile Water for Injections IP provided in this pack.

The reconstituted solution should be used immediately after preparation.

Do not allow to freeze.
