Composition:

Hydroquinone USP 2% w/w

Tretinoin USPb0.025% w/w

Mometasone Furoate IP 0.1% w/w

In a cream base q.s.

Store below 25°C, Do not freeze.

Dosage: As directed by the Physician.

Keep out of reach of children.

Replace cap immediately after use.

Exposure to sunlight or U.V. light will cause repigmentation of bleached area.

Avoid contact of cream with eyes, mouth and mucus membrane.
